What is your RETURN POLICY?

At Ramstar Mills we strive for excellence in every product we make and we take many precautions to ensure the shipped merchandise is free of defects. However, any merchandise that manifests an obvious defect due to improper manufacture will be cheerfully replaced or credited. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise upon arrival and report any defective items at that time.


Is there anything that CAN'T BE RETURNED?

Any merchandise that has been screen-printed, stripped, discounted or had a transfer put on will not be accepted for return unless it is defective. We will not authorize the return of any merchandise that has been in the customerís possession for 90 (ninety) days or more. No merchandise will be accepted for return that has been soiled or damaged while in storage or on display at the customerís place of business or that has been obviously abused or misused. We will not accept return garments that have been imprinted in any manner by anyone other than us.


What are the PROCEDURES TO RETURN AN ITEM at Ramstar?

All requests for permission to return merchandise must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order. All requests to return merchandise not due to our shipping error will be reviewed by our Customer Service Department. All approved returns require a return authorization number and this number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Any merchandise sent collect or without a return authorization number clearly visible will be refused by our Receiving Department. Authorized return of merchandise due to customer error for either exchange or credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum charge and all freight charges must be prepaid.


What is your PRIVACY POLICY?

At Ramstar Mills, we believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. By logging into the website your information is added to our mailing list database.     How is my item SHIPPED?

    We will always ship via UPS Ground unless a faster shipping method is requested. If you need your items overnight or two-day overnight, please contact Customer Service to find out the additional shipping charges and make the arrangements.


    My item is on BACKORDER, what does that mean?

    At Ramstar Mills, we try to fill each order as quick and efficient as we can. Items that are not in stock will be automatically back ordered and shipped as soon as possible.


    What if I need to CANCEL MY ORDER?

    If you need to cancel your order, it must be phoned in directly to Customer Service at which time a cancellation number will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted for items that have been screen-printed, or for made to order garments that are in production. If merchandise has been packed for shipment and the order is cancelled, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee with a $5.00 minimum charge.
